This basil plant has been on my windowsill for a few weeks and had recently became lifeless and yellow through lack of care over the past few days due to me working late at the Feng Shui Store; I noticed the basil plant a few days ago and watered it straight away and also got a photo of how neglected it had been on my windowsill these last few days.

I came back to the Basil plant the next day and the difference a day make is truly unbelievable. The leaves were now bright green, all sat up and the smell had increased so much!

This lifeless, yellow plant had become a bright green plant again within the space of 24 hours all thanks to around half a pint of water. This is what Qi is; Qi is every single good thing in life from the water we drink to stay alive to the sun that helps grow our crops so that we can eat when we are hungry. Qi really is endless, it is everywhere around us whether we see it or not.
